• The purpose of this email is to share my positive experience that I have recently had with the cat condo that I ordered from stepsforpets.  I had been shopping for a new cat condo to expand on our cats playground.  We have 3.  Since I have one already I know how pricey they can be.  I was checking on line when I came upon stepsforpets.  I read the description and stared at the photo of the one I was interested in over many days.  My thought and hesitation was that the price was exceptional for what the description was.   I decided to take the plunge, after emailing to ask a couple of questions.  My emails were answered in a very timely manner, even on Sunday!  This gave me a good feeling about their customer service.  I was told that I would receive an email confirming shipment, which I did.  I was shocked to come home the day after the condo was shipped to find it had arrived!  This was with free shipping.  One of the questions I asked in the email was how much assembly was involved.  I purchased one of the largest condos that was shown.  It not only came with the tools that were required but the instructions were clear (this is unusual) and it was up in 25 minutes.  I am very satisfied with the condo not only in quality but in price as well, and "the girls" love it!  I recommend stepsforpets with confidence.  THANK YOU STEPS FOR PETS
